In May, 2005, the Guangzhou Kawai Motor Industry Ltd. hold the service activity of "red in May, travel the concerns", this activity is managed by General Manager assistant Zhang Jie Ning. Kawai Motor Industry Chairman Ye Run Tang, Sales General Manager Zhang Liang Hua, the managers of each department and all stuffs of production workshop attend this activity.

Quality in heart 

"The goal of this quality month activity is to fit for the developing industry need, and mold the enterprise core competitive strength by making the good quality of Kawai products diligently". The prologue of Kaiwai Motor Industry Chairman Ye Run Tang began this quality month activity mobilization ceremony.The sales general manager addressed out the comprehensive elaboration of this activity. Concretely saying, it may be divided into seven major parts: 

1. company must be under the instruction of chief engineer(Xu General Manager),  requests various departments strictly according to ISO9001:  2000  requests, consummate the organization, perfect management program. 

2. The necessary department, including production department, quality department, and technical development department must aim at work arrangement which each month of plan proposes, to solute each urgent question of products. 

3.Departments must execute the monthly working plan according to the quality month activity the arrangement, carries out after the main leadership authorization.

 4. Departments’ inspection and “award & punish” rules must carry out from now on.

 5. All staff needs to study the official duty post and post flow between connected departments according to the arrangement of the quality month activity. 

6. To award the prize for the contributing stuff and department in the activity month.

 7. Departments must aim at post responsibility study, carries on the examination to each department staff, and resign the staff that is not competent to the post.

Serves without limits

Strict significantly saying, the service should be one part of the product, and also be the important part of this activity . After "the quality month” activity, the "red in May, travel the concerns” the after service start ceremony was exciting, the Wanch motors with color flags were as the soldiers which were waiting inspection.  At the after service start ceremony, enterprise department minister Na Dong Wei made the important speech:  This large-scale after service activity systematized service of the Wanch brand in the Kawai Motor Industry. We must offer the approval service in the customers’ true need which can make the good service brand and build up the different service plan for different customers, in order to improve the individual service quality and splits out the good service brand!
