"The outdoors quality development training" all recorded in the sales company of Kawai Motor Industry
                      

On May 27th, in order to promote the understanding, strengthens the communication, makes the remarkable group team, under the Sales General Manager Mr. Zhang Liang Hua's leadership, the sales company of Kawai Motor Industry all staffs come to the Dong Ao Island, carried on “the quality development training " for two days and one night.

During “the quality development training ", the members were divided into four groups, and carried on the team activities.  Four competitions were carried out one after another ,“the eyebrow-high stick ", “the apple relay ", " three legs relay " and " the sand beach volleyball ", the competition process was anxious, intense and happy.   In the intermittent laughter, the training in the afternoon completed a conclusion.

After dinner, " the emotion communication meeting " and BBQ party were hold, the company leadership and various departments' colleagues had  frank and sincere talks honestly, all kinds of questions and plans were talk about
The second day training included the tug-of-war, the sand beach relay and so on. Groups were divided by lotting , after the group match, 1/2 finals, the finals, several competitions, each one nearly overdrew. The sand beach relay which carried out finally was very exciting, all racers were pendulous and swayable, they were trying their best to win the game. Everyone were in the atwitter atmosphere, so were the spectators.

After the judgments, synthesizes two days all competitions, the yellow team by the highest integral obtains the total champion in this development training, the blue team, the red team separately takes the second place and the third place, the green team attains the sand beach relay champion.
