1.In 1985,250B motorcycle technology was introduced from Kawasaki Heavy Industries,Ltd.Japan(KHI Group).

2.In 1986,the first 250B "Huanghe-Kawasaki" motorcycle was released.

3.In 1987,the "Huanghe-Kawasaki" motorcycle manufacturer wa listed as one of the 19 assigned motorcycle manufacturers by Chinese government .

4.In 1989,"Hhuanghe-Kawasaki" HK250b motorcycle with gasoline engine 170F has reached a percentage of 80% in its nationalization.

5.In1991,with 10 indicators of superior standards and a nationalization percentage of 80% ,"Huanghe-Kawasaki" HK250B motorcycle complete the endurance reliability assessment of 10,000km.

6.In1992,three Japanese experts Yato Tstomu,Tanikawa Shiro,and Sakai Mitsuo from Corporate lanning Department of KHI Group came to the factory for product evaluation. "Huanghe-Kawasaki" received accreditation on quality inspections.

7.In 1995,led by LKawa Seiji,Vice Director of General Management Department in CP Department,a delegation fo 7 from KHI visited "Huanghe-Kawasaki" factory for acceptance of engine processing and productiong line.

8.In 1995,"Huanghe-Kawasaki" HK250 motorcycle was awarded as "China Famous Brand" with medals and certificates.

9.In 1999,Wanch("Huanghe-Kakasaki")developed whole series of scooter, motorbikes and cub-type motorcycles ranging from 50cc to 250cc.

10.In 2000,a whole series of Wanch motorbikes were successfully developed and put into market ,which received great attention and made impressive performance in the southeast China market.

11.From 1999 to2002,over 6 Wanch-originated patents such as "electric bracket","security system","automatic sensor headlamps",etc.and technologies such as "digital panel","motorcycle CND","back mirror with lights",etc.caused intense imitation among competitors,making Wanch again to be the favourte branch in china.
